We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment; we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification. Please refer to our Returns Policy below if you are unhappy with your purchase.

You place your order for Items from the Website by clicking on the [Purchase] button at the end of the on-line order process. Our products are priced in Euro. When paying by credit/debit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card. When purchasing products with sterling or other currencies, debit or credit cards, the exchange rates will be set by the cardholders bank. These rates fluctuate on a daily basis, for further information, cardholder should contact their bank as exchange rates are not applied by Hairless Beauty. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your order and it is being processed. You will receive a second email from us acknowledging your order has been dispatched with a tracking number where applicable.
All products are subject to availability. Every item shown on our website should be in stock and available for immediate shipping. However, we cannot totally exclude the possibility that a particular product is no longer available if there is a sudden run on demand. If products that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process any remaining products on your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons: the product you ordered is out of stock; we have been unable to obtain authorisation for your payment and/or there is a system failure.
A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to your address. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

We recommend choosing a Registered Post service which provides secure delivery. It also allows you to track your delivery. If you choose standard delivery as a method of delivery please be advised that Hairless Beauty is not responsible for any loss or damage caused.
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time by using the most appropriate courier for speedy delivery. Delivery services are generally provided by An Post. Standard delivery to most addresses in Ireland generally takes up to 2-3 working days.
We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example extreme weather, a flood or fire. Hairless Beauty shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.This period may be also extended over bank holiday and Christmas periods. If An Post is unable to deliver your item, they will leave a delivery notification docket for you. This outlines all the information on how to collect the item(s). You can collect your item(s) from their local delivery units or they can arrange re-delivery to the same or alternative address. All items can be tracked using the track & trace option on An Post.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you.
Please note that Customs & Excise Duties may apply Countries outside the EU. Payments of Customs & Excise duties are always the responsibility of the purchaser.
Note: Please note we cannot ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We can not accept returns of COVID-19 Face Masks and Cosmetics
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will be more than happy to give you a full refund or exchange, provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition (is new, unused and unworn with tags attached, in original packaging and without makeup stains or hair).
We will not be liable for returns if the product is stained by make-up. Avoid wearing perfume and/or deodorant that could leave a permanent scent or mark on the clothing. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
We are not responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty or we have delivered the incorrect product(s). In this case, we will arrange for a pick up from our delivery company.
How to return: You can return items to us by post within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item(s) to us in its original condition, unused and with garment tags attached. To return items by post, please include a note of your name, order number and phone number with your items. It is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post.
Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card. This will appear on your account within five days depending on your card issuer. If you have any queries about returning items please us on email@example.com

If an item goes missing whist in the post or a customer has highlighted to us that an order of theirs has not been received, outside the estimated time for arrival, a refund/exchange will only be given if the courier company used by us (An Post) accepts the status of the parcel as missing. An investigation by An Post will then take place which can take up to 30 days.

9. Our right to vary the terms and conditions
